10 Years / 10 Stories: Architecture of Recovery AIA New Orleans Center for Design, 1000 St. Charles Ave. Opening Reception for AIA New Orleans 10 Years/10 Stories Exhibit, featuring the role of architects in the city’s recovery. The opening reception runs from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and coincides with Whitney White Linen Night. The exhibit runs from August 1 – September 26 at the AIA New Orleans Center for Design. This event is Free and open to the public.

Panel Discussion: “The Next 10 Years” Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans (CAC), 900 Camp St. In conjunction with the 10 Years/10 Stories exhibit at the AIA New Orleans Center for Design, AIA New Orleans also presents a Panel Discussion entitled “The Next 10 Years,” which will feature forecasts from local experts on the challenges and opportunities facing the architectural profession over the next decade. The event will take place at the Freeport-McMoran Theater in the Contemporary Arts Center. Reception from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Panel Discussion from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. This event is Free and open to the public.
